Our Silver IT Support package goes one step further and places all of your stakeholders onto the Microsoft Office 365 Premium Cloud environment, and also picks up all of your licencing worries for antivirus and Email Spam filtering to your network
Our fully qualified technicians are here to help you with any query, no matter how small. We will monitor the health of every device contracted on or off of your network, and will happily, on request, remotely connect to your device and assist you in fixing any problems that might arise.
All this for just £52.00 per user per month.
Your Silver IT support package includes access to one of our engineers visiting your office for four hours a month to do any hands-on work that needs doing, based on 10 users (increasing in increments of 4 hours per 10 users).
