About the Role

Due to our ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our fast-paced innovative IT Services and Cyber Security Business. We are looking for a new member of the sales team with a desire to win new business. If you are ready to challenge yourself then this could just be the role for you.

To identify, qualify and win new business from new logo clients and to sell additional services to existing Primenet directly contracted customers and manage the contract renewal process.

General Responsibilities

  • Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and maintain accurate records in the CRM platform
  • Participation in and attendance of marketing events
  • Any sales related activity as directed by the leadership team
  • Work closely within sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.

Role Specific Responsibilities

Lead Management:

  • Manage, nurture, and convert self-developed and marketing leads into sales opportunities
  • Prospecting: identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound leads
  • Assess and analyse a prospect's current process and requirements
  • Confidently participate in the presentation of product and service demonstrations, via webinars or face to face meetings
  • Represent Primenet at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with colleagues
  • Meet personal targets and work towards Primenet’s sales goals and profitability.


  • Demonstrate an ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, video conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
  • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
  • Advising customers about other products the company offers
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a strong knowledge of Primenet’s products and services to facilitate the sales process
  • Understand how the benefits of our products, services and solutions can meet customers’ needs in various business verticals.
